Rascal Flatts will release their new album ‘Back to Us” on Friday, and the title of the record refers to more than just them getting back to the music fans have always loved. Jay DeMarcus says the title refers to the fact that the three members of the band really had total control over the record.
Jay says being “responsible for every note in everything that was played and everything that was put on this record from start to finish” made it a “really really great way to create.”
The label not putting any pressure on them also certainly helped. He adds that not having that worry about that llows you to “enjoy where you are in life and in your career.”
