U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Marlana G. Longoria graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Longoria is the daughter of David and Charlottle Longoria and granddaughter of Wanda and Neil Roach, all of Agua Dulce, Texas. She is also the sister of Megan Garcia and Logan Longoria and wife of Missy Longoria.
The airman graduated in 2005 from Agua Dulce High School, Agua Dulce, Texas, and earned an associate degree in 2015 from Del Mar College, Corpus Christi, Texas.
