CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – To better serve residents, the City’s Customer Call Center will now be open 24-hour’s a day due to inclement winter weather, power outages and the water boil notice.
The Customer Call Center will begin operating for 24 hours starting immediately. The Call Center is a resource providing answers on City service questions and solutions to resident concerns.
Calls for City services will be handled for issues including neglected animals, broken waterlines, and frozen water pipes. General assistance on other city services also will be provided.
