The MGM Resorts International are suing victims and other survivors of the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Vegas.
This was last years mass shooting and over 1,000 will be sued.
The Resort is claiming they have no liability for the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. History and are arguing to dismiss any and all claims that they are responsible for deaths, injuries or damages from the massacre.
Debra DeShong, a spokesperson for MGM Resorts International says;
"The Federal Court is an appropriate venue for these cases and provides those affected with the opportunity for a timely resolution. Years of drawn out litigation and hearings are not in the best interest of victims, the community and those still healing."
