Eating low carb and found this recipe for 'bread'. I had seen it for several weeks on social media and finally made it. Surprisingly fluffy and airy. Not too much of a taste. Some reviews said it tasted 'eggy'. I didn't find it too eggy. I'm hoping it will satisfy my love for a quick sandwhich. NO, it doesn't replace the same taste and feel as a big ole fresh loaf of bread or the buttery rolls with cinammon sugar, but it will do. I think next time I will buy the cartons of egg whites and yolks. This recipe called for 3 eggs. I made two batches. Last round of Cloud Bread, I dusted it with garlic and then baked it. Delish!
