You can't please everyone...even if you save their life. While staying at a hotel in Milton Keynes, England, a man suffered a heart attack. Staff intervened and helped saved the unnamed man's life. Regardless, his family had some problems with the hotel.
In their TripAdvisor review, a relative of the nearly dead man complained that breakfast wasn't included. Oh, and they weren't impressed with the accommodations overall.
