Think the idea of doing a back flip is challenging? What about a one handed back flip? What about doing 34 in a row? That's what Zama Mofokeng and he's got the Guinness World Record to prove it.
The 26-year-old South African gymnast has been practicing tumbling since he was 10. “When I saw my peers doing somersaults and other types of flips, I was interested," Zama explains. "When I started out I was not that good but I practiced until I was perfect."
He's hoping his impressive feat will inspire kids to get into gymnastics and he wants his government to get involved. As he puts it, “I want the government to build us a training center so our local children can have a place to learn and progress their tumbling."
