A mail carrier in Lorient, France noticed something strange about a postcard in her bag: it was sent in 1974.
"I wasn't paying attention," the unidentified postal worker explains. "I'd taken it with me but when I got to the address, I noticed that the name didn't match the address." It was sent from Nice on May 21st, 1974 and finally reached it's intended address 43-years later.
Unfortunately, the man the card was addressed to, Raymond Côtard, hasn't been found yet. "I'm going to continue my search," the mail carrier explains. "If I don't find anything, I'll keep it as a souvenir."
