Finding the perfect career isn’t easy for anyone, but it’s certainly difficult when you are young and trying to decide what you want to do for the rest of your life. Well, a new report may be just the thing Millennials need to guide them into making the right decision.

“U.S. News & World Report” has just come out with their list of the Best Jobs for Millennials, basing their choices on results of a survey which asked Millennials what they are looking for most in a gig. Overall, salary was voted the most important criteria for a new job, followed by work-life balance and stress levels.
