What would you do if you won the lotto? For the Australian construction worker who landed a $2.3-million jackpot, he stopped to get a sausage roll.
“I bet that’s a first – Lotto winner buys sausage roll,” the unnamed man says. “I haven’t caught a wink of sleep so I’ll probably add a coffee to the order too."
The winner, who's in his 30s, says after finding out they won, he and his wife went to work as usual. He adds that his wife is still in disbelief and hasn't made any requests. Realistically, they'll probably use the money to pay off their mortgage.
