A Different Take On Paid Vacation

Ever wish you could get paid to vacation? Well, a firm representing multiple luxury resorts in Mexico has posted an ad looking to hire a “pro-vacationist” to lounge around their resorts for some serious clams.

Grupo Vidanta is hiring a social media savvy “ambassador” to stay at their resorts in Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Acapulco, Puerto Penasco and Puerto Vallarta for a whole year. They’re offering $120,000 for the job, plus travel expenses and meal credits at resort restaurants. If hired, your duties include, salsa dancing, “ushering baby turtles into the ocean,” swimming with whale sharks, and “determining how many hours of poolside lounging is too many.”

Interested? You can fill out an application, along with a resume and video cover letter, on the company’s website until October 21st. The winning applicant will be selected on November 1st.
