Back in 2012, i started the Slow Carb Diet. I stuck with it for a few years, and managed to lose over 100 pounds (dropping from 312 to 202). However, I gradually started to fall back into old habits at a certain point, and wound up gaining all the weight (and more) back. At the beginning of the year, I decided to give myself a reboot.
So far in 2018, I have lost just over 55 pounds. I don't really have any before and after pictures, because there's still work to be done, but I have been posting all of my meals on Instagram.
