The City’s Customer Call Center is extending its hours until 9 p.m. tonight to continue to take calls from residents during the severe cold and inclement weather.
Beginning tomorrow the Call Center will operate from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday, February 15 and Tuesday, February 16.
Calls for City services will be handled for issues including downed trees in the roadway, neglected animals, broken waterlines, and frozen water pipes. General assistance on other city services also will be provided.
