Big Frank is from Tilden, Texas in the "Free State of McMullen County," and now lives in San Patricio County. He has been talking on the radio in Corpus Christi for over 25 years. He is a Christian, husband, father and lover of the outdoors and enjoys taking naps. He went to Texas A&M University-Kingsville and graduated in 2000 with a B.S. in Agribusiness. Frank got his start in broadcasting at college radio station KTAI-FM, and was inducted into the first class of the KTAI Hall Of Fame in 2010. He has been in radio in Corpus Christi since July, 1996 and has been with K-99 since January, 2000. He is an Eagle Scout, was named one of “Corpus Christi’s 40 Under 40” in 2013, and honored as one of the "Top 10 Program Directors in Radio" by Radio Ink Magazine in 2012. Frank lives near Odem, TX, and is a member of the First Baptist Church of Odem and serves as Vice President of the Odem Area Lions Club. In 2024, he received the prestigious honor of being inducted into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame. Frank is married to his beautiful wife, Addie, and they have 3 great children.
