Passive Aggressive Phrases You Shouldn’t Use But Probably Do: Being passive aggressive may not be obvious. Sometimes we have no idea we’re in that pattern. Here are the phrases that we’re probably using that we shouldn’t since they are completely passive aggressive:

  • “Good for you.”
  • “I’m sorry you feel that way.”
  • “It’s fine.”
  • “Whatever.”
  • “If you say so.”
  • “You’re just too sensitive.”

Retire these phrases and practice being more direct to foster healthier relationships.
